The form asks for your name, organization, work email, organization type, and an optional message. Please leave out sensitive participant information, payment details, and account credentials.
How the information is used
Your details are sent to the TotalMoto team so we can respond to your request, discuss your organization, and arrange a walkthrough. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
How the request is delivered
The website processes your request through a server-side route and an email delivery service. Contact details are included in the email delivered to the team. The website does not store form submissions in a separate customer database. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect these services.
Questions about your inquiry
You can ask about your submitted information or request its removal by replying to the team’s response to your inquiry. This notice does not describe the separate privacy practices of organizations using TotalMoto.
